Choose "Automatic" or "Will Call" for either worry-free or complete control over your refueling schedule.
Most customers choose "Automatic" because If you are on auto delivery with us, we always provide you with priority service. We do everything we can to ensure you never run out of fuel. But, if for some reason you did, we have 24/7 Emergency service. We promise to get out to you same day at no extra charge!
This is the best, most reliable and economical way to get your propane and heating fuel deliveries. If you are on automatic delivery service, Acme’s computer correlates your record of past fuel consumption with current weather bureau information and dispatches a delivery truck to you when your tank will take an approximately 2/3 capacity delivery. You can also have automatic delivery service on a weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, or annual basis if your consumption is “steady” rather than weather-related.
With automatic delivery service, you are guaranteed never to run out of fuel and you always get the lowest price per gallon for your fuel, based on your tank size. Also, as an automatic delivery service customer, you can have a furnace service contract and tank replacement contract. (Click on service contract and tank contract in the menu for more information.)
If something goes wrong and you do run out of fuel on automatic delivery service, just give us a call and we’ll drop everything and get fuel to you immediately, straight time or overtime, weekends and holidays, with no delivery charge. We’ll also send a service technician to your house at no charge if necessary to get your furnace running.
And since we have NO delivery fees, it doesn’t cost extra if we come out more frequently than actually is needed.
If you are checking your own fuel level and ordering on a “call in” or “will call” basis, we’ll do our very best to satisfy you. However, you may not be able to get fuel when you want it if our trucks are working in a different area that day. Also, if you run out and want fuel on a weekend, holiday or in the evening there would be an overtime delivery charge.
If you order your fuel on a “call in” basis, you must actually receive the number of gallons of fuel in the per-gallon price bracket (100, 200 or 400 gallons) in order to get the price benefit of that bracket; if you are on automatic delivery service, your price is based on your tank size no matter how many gallons you receive in any one delivery.
For the reasons listed above, we recommend automatic delivery service.
However “will call” delivery services does give you the benefit of complete control of your fuel purchases.
Contact us online or call us during business hours Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm on 360 943 1133.
Effective April 1, 2022, all credit/debit card payments for Fast Fuel invoices will incur a 3% surcharge to cover the costs of the credit/debit card fees charged to us.
We have resisted doing this, but with the increasing fees and the increasing price of fuel, we cannot absorb the costs any longer.
We encourage you to sign up for email statements and ACH billing. Not only do you avoid the fee, but we will give you an additional 5 cent per gallon DISCOUNT on fuel purchases made at our stations.
It is with both joy and sadness that I am announcing to you that we have sold the assets of our propane and heating oil division to Blue Star Gas.
My dad, Tom, and I worked very hard to find the right "fit" for both our employees and you, our valued customers. After a long vetting process, we determined that Blue Star is about as perfect of a fit as we could have asked for!
Like us, Blue Star is a third-generation family-owned business with the same values that we share of taking care of our customers and employees. In addition, they have the size and resources to provide many more services than we can offer. I know that they will take as good or even better care of you than we did!
On behalf of my dad and myself, I would like to thank you for being loyal customers for all these years!
Sincerely,
Christophe Allen
As of today (12/10/21), Acme Fuel has sold its assets to Blue Star Gas and we are pleased to welcome ACME Fuel customers to the Blue Star Gas family.
Blue Star Gas has operated in the Puget Sound area for 10 years out of our location in Tukwila. We are enjoying our 83rd year in business and I am the third generation to run the company. Blue Star Gas started in 1938 on the north coast of California, and currently serve 15 unique markets throughout California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, and Utah.
We are grateful to the Allen family for allowing us this opportunity. We recognize the incredible reputation ACME Fuel has in the community and with its customers.
Rest assured there will be no disruption to your service as a result of this transition. I am pleased to share that all the ACME drivers have accepted our offer of employment, as well as much of the personnel in the Olympia office, which will remain open.
I would like to personally thank you for the opportunity to be your propane supplier and look forward to adding your relationship to thousands we have served for many decades.
Sincerely,
Jeff Stewart
President
