Hello again! With so much going on this summer, I am writing another newsletter when I usually take a break from writing them.
First of all, the biggest and most exciting news…the Lilly Rd Fast Fuel is open for business!! If you haven’t been out there yet, you must! It looks and works fantastic! We have all the products we offer downtown with 3x the space.We will have a grand re-opening late summer hopefully, depending on COVID restrictions.
Secondly, we apologize for any issues you may have encountered at our Downtown Fast Fuel.The huge lightning storm we had a few weeks back hit a power pole across the street and did a huge number on the electronics there.Our tech was able to get things going on dial up vs. internet, so things were very slow. Now that the tech has updated Lilly to the specs the manufacturers asked for, he will be updating Downtown as well so it will resume faster processing over the internet. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience.Definitely an issue that is unusual for our area!
We are up and running on our new software platform for processing fuel deliveries and billing for both home delivery and Fast Fuel.One great feature is that customers can create login and passwords to view their account activity and pay their bills. If you have trouble setting it up, please call the office for assistance.
Lastly, our office is open to drop off bills through our mail slot in back and/or to get propane bottles filled, but we are not open to foot traffic. With the new mask order, it is best to continue this practice.
That’sit for this month; unless some other big news comes about, there will likely be no newsletter in August (and maybe September).
