A furnace service contract gives you regular annual service checkups plus unlimited straight time emergency repairs for one set yearly charge. The service contract covers almost parts of the heating unit and all straight-time labor.
If repair work is done when overtime rates apply, you are only charged the difference between the straight time and overtime labor rates and the parts are still free. An Acme service contract is a great value, especially for older equipment.
